DECLARING THURSDAY, MARCH 10, 1966, AS MACARIO ADRIATICO DAY IN THE PROVINCE OF ORIENTAL MINDORO.

WHEREAS, Thursday, March 10, 1966, marks the birthday anniversary of Macario Adriatico, statesman and man of letters; and

WHEREAS, the people of Oriental Mindoro, his birthplace, should be afforded an opportunity to celebrate the occasion with appropriate ceremonies;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Thursday, March 10, 1966, as Macario Adriatico Day in the Province of Oriental Mindoro.
