MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 13, February 14, 1966 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 487 DATED NOVEMBER 6, 1965, WHICH EXCLUDED CERTAIN LOTS FROM THE FOREST RESERVE SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITIES OF TALISAY AND MINGLANILLA, PROVINCE OF CEBU, ESTABLISHED UNDER PROCLAMATION NO. 208 DATED OCTOBER 5, 1937. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 487 dated November 6, 1965, which excluded certain lots from the forest reserve established under Proclamation No. 208 dated October 5, 1937, and opened the same to disposition under the provisions of Act No. 1120, as amended, the concurrence of Congress to which exclusion has not been obtained pursuant to Republic Act No. 3092, and restore the same lots to their former status as part of the forest reserve under the administration of the Director of Forestry.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
