MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 12, February 7, 1966 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 500 DATED NOVEMBER 20, 1965, WHICH EXCLUDED FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 449 DATED OCTOBER 4, 1957, CERTAIN AREAS FROM THE COMMUNAL FISHING GROUNDS RESERVATION IN BULACAN AND REVERTING THE AREAS SO EXCLUDED AS COMMUNAL FISHING GROUND RESERVATION OF THE MUNICIPALITY OF BULACAN, BULACAN. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 500 dated November 20, 1965, which excluded from the operation of Proclamation No. 449 dated October 4, 1957, certain areas from the communal fishing grounds reservation in Bulacan, Bulacan, and restore the areas so excluded to their original status as communal fishing grounds of the municipality of Bulacan, Bulacan.
