MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 129, November 28, 1966 ] DECLARING NOVEMBER 29 OF EACH YEAR AS HOME EXTENSION DAY. In order that the people of the Philippines may more fully appreciate and realize the potentialities of the Filipino home not only in its effective management but also in the development of household arts and industries in a manner to strengthen its structure, assure its material sufficiency, contribute to its aesthetic effectiveness and promote moral stability, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby declare the 29th day of November of each year as Home Extension Day. I call upon all government and non-government entities and all residents of the Philippines to focus their attention on this movement and lend their full cooperation in the appropriate observance thereof under the auspices of the Agricultural Productivity Commission.
