DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 31, 1966, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY.

WHEREAS, Tuesday, November 1, 1966, has been declared a special public holiday to give the people full opportunity to observe All Saints Day with all its religious fervor; and

WHEREAS, October 30, 1966, being Sunday, October 31, 1966 (Monday), may also be declared a special public holiday without prejudice to the public service, to enable the people, particularly those having offices in Manila and suburbs, to go to the provinces to pay their respects to their departed relatives.

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declared Monday, October 31, 1966, as a special public holiday.1aшphi1
