EXTENDING THE EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF ELKS CEREBRAL PALSY, INC.

WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., was authorized by Proclamation No. 47 dated July 6, 1966, to conduct a national educational and fund campaign during the period from July 1 to August 31, 1966; and

WHEREAS, the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., needs additional time to realize its fund goal to continue its activities;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Elks Cerebral Palsy Project, Inc., up to October 31, 1966.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
