REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 20 DATED MARCH 12, 1966, WHICH RESERVED A PARCEL OF LAND IN MALATE, CITY OF MANILA, FOR PHILIPPINE CULTURAL CENTER SITE PURPOSES AND RESERVING ANOTHER PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN FOR THE SAID CENTER.
By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, FERDINAND E. MARCOS, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 20 dated March 12, 1966, which reserved for Philippine Cultural Center site purposes a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila, and reserve another parcel of land situated in the District of Malate, City of Manila, for said Center, which is more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2 by Roxas Boulevard; on the SE., along line 2-3 by Public Land (Reclaimed area) and along line 3-4 by Manila Bay; on the SW., along line 4-5 by Manila Bay; on the NW., along line 5-6 by Manila Bay; and along line 6-1 by Lot 4 of plan Swo-18580. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 73 deg. 40' W., 392.21 m. from C.B.M. 2, Manila Cadastre,

The area covered by Proclamation No. 20 dated March 12, 1966, is hereby reverted as Naval reservation.
