EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 69 DATED SEPTEMBER 23, 1954 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE RESERVATION FOR GOVERNMENT CENTER PURPOSES IN THE CITY OF ZAMBOANGA, PHILIPPINES, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 69 dated September 23, 1954, which established the reservation for Government Center purposes in the City of Zamboanga, certain portions of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which parcels of land are more particularly described as as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land (covered by Miscellaneous Application Msa-V-76092 and shown on the attached sketch plan of the City Engineer of Zamboanga), situated in the City of Zamboanga, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the SE. and S., along lines 1-2-3, by Basilan Strait; on the W., along lines 3-4-5, by Bayot’s, Hotel Area; on the NW. and W., along lines from corner 5 thence following the meandering boundary to corner 11 by Road; and on the E., along line 11-1, by Remaining portion of Petit Barracks (Plan 11-5387)° Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being S. 31 deg. 06 min, E., 628.00 meters from Mon. A, Zamboanga Townsite,

Bounded on the W., along line 1-2, by Philippine Red Cross Area; on the N., along line 2-3, by Asphalted Road; on the E., along line 3-4 by Proposed Road; and on the SE. and S., along lines 4-5-6-1, by Road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 23 deg. 26 min. E., 450.03 meters from Mon. A., Zamboanga Townsite,

thence S. 61 deg. 30 min. E., 90.50 meters to point “3”;
thence S. 30 deg. 30 deg. 30 min. W., 36.00 meters to point “4”;
