EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF COMMISSION RESULITION NO. 20 DATED APRIL 25, 1910, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE POLO FIELD RESERVATION, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS BAGUIO PARK NO. 1, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN SITUATED IN RESIDENTIAL SECTION “D”, BAGUIO TOWNSITE, BAGUIO CITY, ISLAND OF LUZON, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Commission Resolution No, 20 dated April 25, 1910, which established the Polo Field Reservation, otherwise known as Baguio Park No. 1, a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in Residential Section “D”, Baguio Townsite, Island of Luzon, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Sec. “D”, Baguio Townsite; on the SE., along line 2-3, by Lot 39-B-l, Psd.”44953; on the SW., along line 3-4; by Lots 134, 133, 132, 131, 130 and 129, all of Res, Sec. “D”, Baguio Townsite, Navy Base Road, Lots 113 and 112, both of Res, Sec, “D”, Baguio Townsite; and on the NW., along line 4-5, by Lot 110 and along line 5-1, by Lot 140, both of Res. Sec. “D”, Baguio Townsite. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan, being N. 85 deg. 43' W., 1441.90 m. from Triangulation Gulick, Baguio Townsite.
