EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE CENTRAL LUZON SANITARIUM RESERVATION LOCATED IN THE CITY OF CALOOCAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF ACT 1120, AS AMENDED
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Central Luzon Sanitarium Reservation situated in the City of Caloocan, Island of Luzon, certain portions of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of Act 1120, as amended, which portions are more particularly described as follows:
Lot 1, Bcs-2093
A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation and sub-division plan Bcs-2093, being a portion of the consolidation of Lots 931-B and 932-B of plan Pcs-57 (Tala Estate), L.R.C. Record No. ____), situated in the District of Tala, City of Caloocan.
Bounded on the NE., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6, by Lot 2, of the consolidation and subdivision plan; on the E., along lines 6-7-8, by property of Nawasa Metropolitan Water District and along line 8-9, by Lot 932-A of plan Pcs-57; on the S., along line 9-10, by Lot 935-B of plan Pcs-57 and along line 10-11, by Lot 934, Tala Estate; and on the W., and NW., along lines 11-12-13-14-1, by Lot 2 of the consolidation and subdivision plan.
