RESERVING FOR TOWNSITE PURPOSES OF THE MUNICIPAL GOVERNMENT OF SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR, A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF SAN MIGUEL, PROVINCE OF SURIGAO DEL SUR.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for townsite purposes under the administration of the Municipal Government of San Miguel, province of Surigao del Sur, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future subdivision survey in accordance with the scheme of subdivision to be prepared and approyed by the National Planning Commission, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the municipality of San Miguel, province of Surigao del Sur, which is more particularly described as follows:

Proposed Townsite

A parcel of land (the proposed Townsite, being a portion Block 1), situated in the Municipality of San Miguel, Province of Boundedon the N., along lines 1 to 26, inclusive, by Public Forest on the E., along line 26-27, by Remaining Portion of Block 1 on the S., along lines 27-28-29-30-31, by Surigao Sect No. 26, Block 1; on the SW., along lines 31-32-33-34, by Tina Creek; and on the SW., W. and N., along lines 34-35-36-37-38-39-1, by Public Forest.

Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached Sketch Plan,

thence S. 82 deg. 30 min. E., 280.00 meters to point 2;

thence S. 80 deg. 12 min. E., 170.00 meters to point 3;

thence S. 66 deg. 40 min. E., 160.80 meters to point 4;
