MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 509, December 17, 1965 ] RESERVING FOR OFFICE BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE PRESIDENTIAL ASSISTANT ON COMMUNITY DEVELOPMENT A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF PORT AREA CITY OF MANILA. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for office building site purposes under the administration of the Presidential Assistant on Community Development, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the redevelopment plan of the area in construction of the said building, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in the District of Port Area, City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows: Proposed Building Site for PACD A parcel of land (the proposed building site of the PACD, being a portion of Block 129), situated in the Port Area District, City of Manila. Bounded on the NW., along line 1-2, by 8th Street; on the NE., along line 2-3, by remaining portion of Block 129; on the SE., along line 3-4, by 9th Street; and on the SW., along line 4-1, by Atlanta Street. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached Sketch plan, being identical to corner 2 of this Block 129 which is at the intersection of 8th Street and Atlanta Street, Port Area District, City of Manila, thence N. 45 deg. 22' 19' E., 67.87 m. to point 2; thence S. 44 deg. 37' 41' E., 43.83 m. to point 3; thence S. 45 deg. 22' 19' W., 67.87 m. to point 4; thence N. 44 deg. 37' 41' W., 43.83 m. to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of Two thousand nine hundred seventy five (2,975) square meters.1aшphi1 NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to change based on future surveys.
