EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 449, DATED OCTOBER 4, 1957 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE COMMUNAL FISHING GROUND RESERVATION FRONTING MANILA BAY ALONG THE PROVINCE OF BULACAN, ISLAND OF LUZON, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 449, dated October 4, 1957, which established the Communal Fishing Ground Reservation fronting the Manila Bay along the Province of Bulacan, Island of Luzon, certain portions of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to desposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which portions are more particularly described as follows, to wit:

A parcel of land (portion claimed by Augustd Torres), situated in the Municipality of Bulacan, province of Bulacan. Bounded on the W., along line 1-2, by portion claimed by Ramon Torres (Lot 1); and along line 2-3, by portion claimed by Anastacia F. Torres; on the NW., along lines 3-4-5, by portion claimed by Victorio Roxas; and on the E. and S., along lines 5-6-l, by Communal Fishing Ground.
