EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 494 DATED DECEMBER 16, 1939, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE ROCK QUARRY RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ARAYAT, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 494 dated December 16 1939 (which establish the rock quarry reservation situated in the municipality of Arayat, province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein which is more particularly described as follows:
Lot 2562, Arayat Cadastre, Cad. 231, Case 3
A parcel of land (Lot 2562 of cadastral survey of Arayat), situated in Barrio of Gatiawan, Municipality of Arayat province of Pampanga. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by Lot 2541; on the S., along lines 2-3-4-5, by Lot 2345 and along line 5-6, by Lot 2347; on the SW., along line 6-7, by Lot 2346; on the N. and NW., along lines 7-8-9, by Lot 2563; and on the NE., along line 9-10, by Lot 2560 and along line 10-1, by Lot 3495, all of Arayat Cad. Beginning at a point marked “1” on plan being S. 25 deg. 00 min. W., 770.40 m. from B.B.M. 37, Arayat, Cad.,
