RESERVING FOR CAPITOL BUILDING PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF BAYOMBONG, PROVINCE OF NUEVA VIZCAYA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby reserve for capitol building site purposes under the administration of the Provincial Government of Nueva Vizcaya, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the private domain situated in the municipality of Bayombong, province of Nueva Vizcaya, Island of Luzon, which are more particularly described as follows:
