DECLARING MONDAY, NOVEMBER 22, 1965, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MATAASNAKAHOY, BATANGAS.

WHEREAS, the thirty-second death anniversary of the late Lt. Col. Antonio Mandigma, first mayor of Mataasnakahoy, Batangas, falls on Monday, November 22, 1965; and

WHEREAS, the people of said municipality request that they be given ample time to honor him with appropriate ceremony;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, November 22, 1965, as a special public holiday in the municipality of Mataaanakahoy, Batangas.
