EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 63 DATED AUGUST 6, 1925 WHICH ESTABLISHED THE GOVERNMENT CENTER RESERVATION SITUATED IN RESIDENCE SECTION “A”, BAGUIO TOWNSITE, ISLAND OF LUZON, A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 63 dated August 6, 1925 which established the Government Center Reservation situated in Residence Section “A”, Baguio Townsite, Island of Luzon, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (the proposed Residential Sites of the Bureau of Public Highways Employees), situated in the City of Baguio Bounded on the W., along line 1-2, by University of the Philippines Compound; on the N., along line 2-3, by Weather Bureau Compound and along line 3-4, by Supreme Court Compound; on the E., along line 4-5, by Quezon Elementary School Compound; and on the S along lines 5-6-7-8-9-10-11-12-1, by Military Cut Off Road. Beginning at a point marked “1” on the attached sketch plan, being S. 40 deg. 43 min. E., 394.58 meters from Triangulation Station “Happy”, Baguio Townsite—

thence S. 78 deg. 39 min. E. 58.34 meters to point 3;

thence S. 89 deg. 25 min. E., 94.79 meters to point 4;

thence S. 14 deg. 24 min. W., 66.93 meters to point 5;

thence S. 83 deg. 01 min. W., 15.97 meters to point 6;

thence S. 80 deg. 01 min. W., 39.40 meters to point 7;

thence S. 83 deg. 10 min. W., 14.45 meters to point 8;

thence N. 89 deg. 34 min. W., 17.91 meters to point 9;

thence N. 81 deg. 34 min. W., 17.91 meters to point 10;

thence N. 73 deg. 34 min. W., 17.90 meters to point 11;

thence N. 65 deg. 34 min. W., 17.91 meters to point 12;

thence N. 57 deg. 34 min. W., 17.90 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of nine thousand four hundred seventy two (9,472) square meters.1aшphi1
