MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 485, October 31, 1965 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 420, SERIES OF 1939, AND DECLARING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT, AS AMENDED. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, Diosdado Maeapagal, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 420, series of 1939, and declare the land embraced therein open to disposition to actual occupants and qualified landless persons pursuant to the provisions of the Public Land Act, as amended by Republic Act No. 739.
