MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 480, October 27, 1965 ] EXTENDING THE NATIONAL EDUCATIONAL AND FUND CAMPAIGN OF THE QUEZON MEMORIAL CIRCLE DEVELOPMENT AND BEAUTIFICATION COMMITTEE UP TO DECEMBER 31, 1965. WHEREAS, under Proclamation No. 428 dated August 3, 1965, the Quezon Memorial Circle Development and Beautifiction Committee was authorized to conduct a national educational and fund campaign during the period from August 1 to September 30, 1965; and WHEREAS, the Quezon Memorial Circle needs additional period for the drive in order to complete its civic project; NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby extend the national educational and fund campaign of the Quezon Memorial Circle Development and Beautification Committee up to December 31, 1965; IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.1aшphi1 Done in the City of Manila, this 27th day of October, in the year of Our Lord, nineteen hundred and sixty-five.
