MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 477, October 20, 1965 ] DECLARING MONDAY, OCTOBER 25, 1965, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN ILIGAN CITY WHEREAS, the laying of the cornerstone of the Iligan Integrated Steel Mill will be on October 25, 1965; and WHEREAS, it is necessary that the people of Iligan City be afforded ample opportunity to celebrate the memorable event with appropriate ceremonies; NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare Monday, October 25, 1965, as a special public holiday in Iligan City.1aшphi1 In witness whereof, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
