EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF THE DAVAO PENAL COLONY RESERVATION A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PUBLIC LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF STO. TOMAS (FORMERLY MUNICIPALITY OF PANABO), PROVINCE OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO, AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of the Davao Penal Colony Reservation a certain parcel of the land embraced therein situated in the Municipality of Sto. Tomas (formerly Municipality of Panabo), Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and declare the same open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (portions of Lots 4710, Cad. 276 and 1370, Cad. 284) situated in the Barrios of Balangonan and Bobongan, Municipality of Santos Tomas, Province of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the North by the Tuganay River; on the East by DECO and portion of NAFCO; on the South by the Davao Penal Colony Reservation and the Panabo Hemp Company; on the West by the NARRA Settlement (Pls-70). Beginning at a point marked 1 on the Plan being due East, 1,618.88 meters from M.B.M. No. 18, Tagum Cad. 276—
