RESERVING FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BETIS, MUNICIPALITY OF GUAGUA, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and National Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby .withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to the condition that a road right of way on the northern portion of the said land be opened for public use, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in the Barrio of Betis, Municipality of Guagua, Province of Pampanga, and more particularly described as follows:

Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2, by property of Heirs of Juan Daag, along line 2-3, by property of Cecilia Zapanta, along line 3-4, by property of Heirs of Benito Daag, along line 4-5, by property of Heirs of Maximino Vitug; along line 5-6, by property of Heirs of Benito Daag, along line 6-7, by property of Roman Catholic Church and along line 7-8, by property of Carlos Dayrit; on the SW., along 8-9 by property of Eusebia Canlas; and on the NW., along lines 9-10-11-12-13-14-15-16-17-18-19, by property of the Manila Railroad Company (Lot 1, Psu-52640); and on the NE., along line 19-1, by property of Victor Pineda.
