EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 687 DATED JULY 15, 1960, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE RELOCATION SITE RESERVATION FOR INDIGENT SQUATTERS, FLOOD VICTIMS AND OTHER INDIGENTS OF GREATER MANILA, CERTAIN PORTIONS OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND DECLARING THE SAME OPEN TO DISPOSITION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE PROVISIONS OF REPUBLIC ACT NUMBERED FOUR HUNDRED AND SEVENTY SEVEN.
By virtue of powers vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 687, dated July 15, 1960, which establish the relocation site reservation for the indigent squatters, flood victims and other indigent of Greater Manila, situated along J. Posadas Jr. Road, Punta, City of Manila, certain portions of the land embraced therein and declare the same open disposition in accordance with the provisions of Republic Act Numbered Four Hundred and Seventy-seven, as amended, which portions are more particularly described as follows:
