AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 687 DATED JULY 15, 1960, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE RELOCATION SITE RESERVATION FOR INDIGENT SQUATTERS, FLOOD VICTIMS AND OTHER INDIGENTS OF GREATER MANILA, BY EXCLUDING A CERTAIN PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR FLOOD CONTROL PURPOSES.

Pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for flood control purposes under the administration of the Bureau of Public Works, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of the private domain of the Government situated in the District of Sta. Ana, City of Manila, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

Lot 1, Pcs-3493

A parcel of land (Lot 1 of the consolidation and subdivision plan Pcs-3493, being a portion of the consolidation of Lot 6-A as described in TCT 52099 and the land described on Plan Psu-104838, L.R.C. Record No._____), situated in the District of Sta. Ana, City of Manila. Bounded on the W. and NW., along lines 1-2-3-4-5-6-7, by Pasig River; on the E., along line 7-8, by Lot 2 and along line 8-9, by Lot 3, both of the consolidation and subdivision plan; on the SE., along line (9-10, by Lot 6-B-2-B, Psd-32211; and on the SW. and) SE., along lines 10-11-12-1, by Lot 1, Psu-128961. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being N. 67 deg. 06 min. W., 718.94 meters from Sta. Ana Church Spire, District of Sta. Ana, City of Manila,

thence S. 58 deg. 42 min. W., 100.00 m. to point 10;

thence S. 59 deg. 57 min. W., 3.42 m. to point 12;

thence S. 59 deg. 57 min. W., 14.18 m. to the point of beginning;

containing an area of twenty thousand three hundred fifteen (20,315) square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground by Old Points; bearing true; date of the consolidation and subdivision survey, June 19-20, 1953 which was approved on Sept. 17, 1953.
