[ Proclamation No. 460, September 29, 1965 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 81 DATED FEBRUARY 12, 1963, WHICH EXCLUDED A PORTION OF LAND FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 423 DATED JULY 12, 1957, ESTABLISHING A MILITARY RESERVATION KNOWN AS FORT WILLIAM MCKINLEY (NOW FORT ANDRES BONIFACIO), AND RESERVED THE SAME FOR WORKER’S UNIVERSITY SITE PURPOSES

Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 81 dated July 12, 1963, which excluded a portion of land from the operation of Proclamation No. 423 dated July 12, 1957, establishing a military reservation known as Fort William Mckinley (new Fort Andres Bonifacio), containing an area of TWO MILLION TWO HUNDRED THIRTY-SEVEN THOUSAND ONE HUNDRED NINETY (2,237,190) Square Meters, and reserved the same for Worker’s University site purposes.
