TRANSFERRING THE OWNERSHIP TO THE MINDANAO DEVELOPMENT AUTHORITY CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND SITUATED AT SASA, CITY OF DAVAO.
Upon recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of Section 39 of Republic Act No. 3034, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do: hereby transfer in fee simple to the Mindanao Development Authority, subject to private rights, if any, certain portions of the private domain of the Government situated at Sasa, City of Davao, including the foreshores thereof, which lands are more particularly described as follows:
