MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 455, September 17, 1965 ] RESERVING FOR HOSPITAL SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF ILOILO. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for hospital site purposes under the administration of the City Government of Iloilo, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in the City of Iloilo, island of Iloilo, and more particularly described as follows, to wit: Lot 1051-B (Proposed City Hospital Site) A parcel of land (Lot 1051-B, the proposed City Hospital Site), situated in the City of Iloilo. Bounded on all sides, by proposed road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being; S. 77 deg, 45 min. E., 1,223.71 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Iloilo Cad. thence S. 31 deg. 21 min. W., 202.30 meters to point 2; thence N. 32 deg. 31) min. W., 151.00 meters to point 3; thence N. 34 deg. 55 min. E., 134.13 meters to point 4; thence S. 59 deg. 30 min. E., 127.50 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 22,245 square meters.
