EXCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 403, DATED MAY 26, 1965, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE CENTRAL BANK RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO, ISLAND OF ILOILO, A PORTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR CITY HALL SITE PURPOSES.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 403, dated May 26, 1965, which established the Central Bank Reservation in the City of Iloilo, Island of Iloilo, a portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for city hall site purposes under the administration of the City Government of Iloilo, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

Lot 1051-A-
(The Proposed City Hall Site)

A parcel of land (Lot 1051-A-2, the proposed City Hall Site), situated in the City of Iloilo, Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by Proposed Road; on the SE., along lines 2-3-4, by Fort San Pedro Drive; and on the SW. and NW., along lines 4-5-1, by Proposed Road. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 77 deg. 32 min. E., 1,238.00 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Iloilo Cadastre, thence S. 59 deg. 39 min. E., 233.70 meters to point 2; thence S. 48 deg. 08 min. W., 43.85 meters to point 3; thence S. 61 deg. 10 min. W., 102.25 meters to point 4; thence N. 28 deg. 40 min. W., 196.45 meters to point 5; thence N. 31 deg. 21 min. E., 28.43 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 17,704 square meters.1aшphi1
