[ Proclamation No. 442, August 27, 1965 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 370 DATED FEBRUARY 17, 1953, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE PLAZA AND POST OFFICE SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF PIGCAWAYAN, PROVINCE OF COTABATO, AND DECLARING THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OPEN TO DISPOSITION UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF THE PUBLIC LAND ACT.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 370 dated February 17, 1953, which established the plaza and post office site reservation situated in the municipality of Pigcawayan, province of Cotabato, and declare the land embraced therein open to disposition under the provisions of the Public Land Act.1aшphi1
