[ Proclamation No. 440, August 27, 1965 ]

REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 343 DATED SEPTEMBER 7, 1956, AND REINSTATING EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 48, SERIES OF 1916, WHICH RESERVED A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN IN NULING, COTABATO, FOR SCHOOL SITE PURPOSES.

By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 343 dated September 7, 1956, which opened to disposition a parcel of land of the public domain, and reserve the same for school site purposes under the administration of the Director of Public Schools, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows:

A parcel of land (portion of Lot No. 2077, Nuling Cad. 52) bounded on the NE—by Pablo Salvador and Hadji Kong; on the SE—by Yman Creek and Hadji Kong; on the SW—by River and Salimbao Market site and on the NE—by school site and road, containing an area of 2.9495 hectares, more or less.

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
