MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 426, July 28, 1965 ] EXCLUDING A PORTION OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN RESERVED FOR THE SETTLEMENT OF NON-CHRISTIANS UNDER EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 33, DATED JUNE 25, 1912, LOCATED AT ABORLAN, PALAWAN AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR THE PALAWAN AGRICULTURAL COLLEGE. Pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for school site purposes of the Palawan Agricultural College five thousand (5,000) hectares of the land reserved under Executive Order No. 33, dated June 25, 1912, as non-Christian settlement, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, which shall form an integral part of this proclamation.
