AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 59 DATED MAY 9, 1936, ESTABLISHING THE MT. APO NATIONAL PARK BY EXCLUDING FROM ITS OPERATION CERTAIN PORTION OF THE NATIONAL PARK FOR AGRICULTURAL PURPOSES.

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 59 dated May 9, 1936, which established the Mt. Apo National Park, by excluding from its operation a certain portion of the land embraced therein situated in the Municipality of Kidapawan, Province of Cotabato, and declare the same open to disposition under the Provisions of the Public Land Act, which portion of land is more particularly described as follows:

NOTE: This is Lot 4220 of Kidapawan Public Land Subdivision Pls-59 and claimed by the Bureau of Forestry to be inside the Apo National Park Reservation.
