RESERVING FOR CENTRAL BANK SITE PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF ILOILO.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for bank site purposes under the administration of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in the City of Iloilo, which is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot 1051-A Iloilo Cadastre
(Proposed Central Bank Site)
A parcel of land (Lot 1051-A, the proposed Central Bank Site, being a portion of Lot 1051 of the cadastral survey of Iloilo), situated in the City of Iloilo. Bounded on all sides by proposed roads. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch Plan, being S. 77 deg. 32' E., 1238.10 meters from B.L.L.M. 1, Iloilo Cad, thence S. 59 deg. 39' E., 233.70 meters to point 2; thence S. 48 deg. 08' W., 43.85 meters to point 3; thence S. 61 deg. 10' W., 216.60 meters to point 4; thence S. 78 deg. 05' W., 42.80 meters to point 5; thence N. 77 deg. 57' W., 42.49 meters to point 6; thence N. 64 deg. 26' W., 42.22 meters to point 7; thence N. 31 deg. 21' E., 273.46 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 44,342 square meters, more or less.1aшphi1
