MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 396, May 11, 1965 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 244, DATED MAY 18, 1964, WHICH RESERVED FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE REPARATIONS COMMISSION CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN SOUTH HARBOR, PORT AREA, CITY OF MANILA, BY CHANGING THE AREAS AND TECHNICAL DESCRIPTION OF THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 244 dated May 18, 1964, which reserved for building site purposes of the Reparations Commission certain parcels of land of the private domain situated in South Harbor, Port Area, City of Manila, by changing the areas and technical referred to are indicated on the plan and marked on the ground as follows: point 1 by Old Point, point 2 is an Int. and the rest by B.L. Cyl. Conc. Mons.; bearings true; date of survey, June 1-2, Aug. 6 and Sept. 9, 1964 and approved on Jan. 18, 1965. NOTE: Lot 3 is a portion of Lot 10, Block 105, Manila Cad., Case 14, Port Area District.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
