MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 394, April 28, 1965 ] EXTENDING THE SPECIAL SCHOOL HOLIDAYS FOR PUBLIC AND PRIVATE SCHOOLS IN THE CITY OF CEBU UP TO APRIL 30, 1965. By virtue of the powers vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby extend the special school holidays for public and private schools in the City of Cebu, authorized under Proclamation No. 391, dated April 21, 1965, up to April 30, 1965.
