[ Proclamation No. 393, April 27, 1965 ]

EXTENDING THE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM AND LIBRARY, INC. FUND DRIVE UP TO SEPTEMBER 30, 1965.

WHEREAS, Proclamation No. 359, dated February 22, 1965, authorized the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. to conduct its 1965 educational, membership and fund campaign during the period from March 15 to April 30, 1965; and

WHEREAS, the closing of the school year and other unforeseen factors have hampered the progress of the campaign to the detriment of its laudable objectives;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby authorize the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. to extend its fund campaign up to September 30, 1965.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
