RESERVING FOR ADDITIONAL MARKET SITE PURPOSES CERTAIN PARCELS OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for additional market site purposes, under the Administration of the City of Cebu, subject to private rights, if any there be, certain parcels of land of the public domain situated in the City of Cebu, island of Cebu, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:
Lot 3010
Cebu Cadastre
A parcel of land (Lot 3010 of the cadastral survey of Cebu, L. R. C. Cad. Record No. ), situated in the City of Cebu. Bounded on the NE., along line 1-2, by Calderon Street; on the S., along line 2-3, by Lot 3029, Cebu Cad.; on the SW., along line 3-4, by Leon Kilat Street; and on the NW., along line 4-1, by Lot 913, Cebu Cad. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan, being S. 85 deg. 34 min. W., 656.42 meters from B.L.L.M. I, Cebu Cad., thence S. 14 deg. 20 min. E., 59.07 meters to point 2; thence S. 86 deg. 15 min. W., 81.90 meters to point 3; thence N. 14 deg. 22 min. W., 43.52 meters to point 4; thence N. 75 deg. 19 min. E., 80.53 meters to the point of beginning; containing an area of 4,130 square meters. All points referred to are indicated on the plan marked on the ground by Old Points; bearing true; date of the cadastral survey, Dec. 1910-Feb. 1912.
A parcel of Land (Block 7 (Reclamation No. 2 Waterfront Area), situated in the City of Cebu. Bounded on the SE., along line 1-2 by Quezon Boulevard Street; on the SW., along line 2-3, by Alley; on the NW., along line 3-4, by Comercio Street; and on the NE., line 4-1, by F. Gonzales Street. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, which is at the intersection of Quezon Boulevard Street and F. Gonzales Street, thence N. 74 deg. 00 min. E., 117.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 16 deg. 00 min. W., 58.16 meters to point 3; thence S. 74 deg. 00 min. E., 117.00 meters to point 4; thence S. 16 deg. 00 min. W., 58.16 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 6,805 square meters.
NOTE: All data are approximate and subject to change based on future surveys.
Such part or parts of Lot 3010, Cebu Cadastre, as are traversed by Comercio Street shall be deemed excluded from the operation of this proclamation.1aшphi1
