MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 387, April 10, 1965 ] RESERVING FOR PLAYGROUND PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF BONOT, CITY OF LEGASPI. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of General Services, and pursuant to the provisions of Section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation to Section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for playground purposes under the administration of the City of Legaspi, subject to private rights, if any there be, the following parcel of the private domain, situated in the Barrio of Bonot, City of Legaspi, and more particularly described as follows: Lot 1397 (Playground site) “A parcel of land (Lot No. 1397 of the Cadastral Survey of Albay), with the improvements thereon, situated in the barrio of Bonot, Municipality of Legaspi, Province of Albay. Bounded on the N. by Lot No. 1356; on the E. by Lots Nos. 1357 and 1362; on the S. by Lot No. 1388; and on the W. by Peñaratnda Street; containing an area of 8,232 square meters, more or less, covered by T.C.T.
