MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 385, April 10, 1965 ] RESERVING FOR ANIMAL BREEDING STATION SITE PURPOSES OF THE BUREAU OF ANIMAL INDUSTRY A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE BARRIO OF SAN AGUSTIN, MUNICIPALITY OF MAGALANG, PROVINCE OF PAMPANGA, ISLAND OF LUZON. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for animal breeding station site purposes under the administration of the Director of Animal Industry, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a certain parcel of land of the private domain situated in the Barrio of San Agustin, Municipality of Magalang, Province of Pampanga, Island of Luzon, and more particularly described as follows: Portion of Lot 418 Magalang Cadastre (Proposed Bureau of Animal Industry, Breeding Station) “A parcel of land (portion of Lot 418 of the cadastral survey of Magalang), situated in the Barrio of San Agustin, Municipality of Magalang, Province of Pampanga.1aшphi1 Bounded on the W., along lines 1-2-3, by 513, Magalang Cad.; on the N., N., SE. and SW., along lines 3-4-5-6-1, by reamining portion of Lot 418, Magalang Cad. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, thence N. 28 deg. 01 min. E., 99.16 meters to point 2; thence N. 26 deg. 35 min. E.,89.66 meters to point 3; thence S. 83 deg. 27 min. E., 603.38 meters to point 4; thence S. 50 deg. 30 min. E., 194.38 meters to point 5; thence S. 42 deg. 05 min. W., 500.00 meters to point 6; thence N. 51 deg. 42 min. W., 638.43 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 262,251 square meters.
