MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 382, April 4, 1965 ] REVOKING PROCLAMATION NO. 477 DATED OCTOBER 29, 1939, AS AMENDED BY PROCLAMATION NO. 447 DATED DECEMBER 23, 1953 AND PROCLAMATION NO. 232 DATED APRIL 20, 1964, SITUATED IN DAVAO CITY, AND RESERVING THE PARCEL OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN FOR BUILDING SITE PURPOSES OF THE CENTRAL BANK OF THE PHILIPPINES. Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby revoke Proclamation No. 477, dated October 29, 1939, which established the Department of Agriculture and Natural Resoures building site reservation, as amended by Prolamation No. 447 dated December 23, 1953, and Proclamation No. 232 dated April 20, 1964, situated in Davao City and reserve the parcel of land embraced therein with an area of 8,144 square meters, more or less, for building site purposes under the administration of the Governor of the Central Bank of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be.
