DECLARING SATURDAY, APRIL 17, 1965, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY

WHEREAS, the sixteenth day (Good Friday) and the eighteenth day (Sunday) of April, 1965, being holidays, the seventeenth day (Saturday) may be declared a special public holiday without prejudice to the public interests;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by Section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby proclaim Saturday, April 17, 1965, as a special public holiday.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
