AUTHORIZING THE CHILDREN’S MUSEUM AND LIBRARY, INC. TO CONDUCT ITS EDUCATIONAL, MEMBERSHIP AND FUND CAMPAIGN FROM MARCH 15 TO APRIL 30, 1965.
WHEREAS, it is our vital concern to exert all-out efforts in promoting the well-being of our children to develop them into good and useful citizens and enlightened leaders of our country;
WHEREAS, the development of the latent capabilities of our youth depends on the proper facilities for their right upbringing; and
WHEREAS, the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. has facilities and objectives fully geared to help achieve these ends;
NOW THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from March 15 to April 30, 1965, for the educational, membership and fund campaign of the Children’s Museum and Library, Inc. I hereby authorize and exhort all government officials and employees, private entities, all citizens, and nationals to support this humanitarian movement,
