RESERVING FOR TENEMENT HOUSING PURPOSES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE DISTRICT OF PASIL, CITY OF CEBU, ISLAND OF CEBU
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for tenement housing purposes, under the administration of the City of Cebu, subject to private rights, if any there be, a certain parcel of land of the public domain situated in the District of Pasil, City of Cebu, Island of Cebu, and more particularly described as follows, to wit:

“A parcel of land (Pls-124, the proposed site for Tenement Housing Project), situated in the City of Cebu. Bounded on the N., by M. de la Concepcion Street; on the E., by Guadalupe River; on the S., by Cebu Strait; and on the W., by Public Land and the proposed extension of Bugallon Street. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached sketch plan, being thence due North, 85.00 meters to point 2; thence due East, 190.00 meters to point 3; thence S. 82 deg. 30' E., 145.00 meters to point 4; thence S. 25 deg. 18' E., 73.08 meters to point 5; thence due West, 365.00 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 28,041 square meters.
