RESERVING FOR MARKET SITE PURPOSES A PARCEL OF LAND OF THE PUBLIC DOMAIN SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF MERCEDES, PROVINCE OF CAMARINES NORTE, ISLAND OF LUZON

Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the provisions of section 83 of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for market, site purposes, subject to private rights, if any there be, and to future survey, a parcel of land of the public domain situated in the Municipality of Mercedes, Province of Camarines Norte, Island of Luzon and more particularly described as follows:

Proposed Market Site No. 1

A parcel of land (The Proposed Market Site No. 1), situated in the Municipality of Mercedes (formerly a part of the Mp of Daet), Province of Camarines Norte. Bounded on the NW, along lines 1-2-3-4, by Provincial Road; on the NE., along line 4-5, by Li Sena Giap; on the SE., along line 5-6, by Daet River; and on the SW., along lines 6-7-1, by Sofronio Abainza (Now) by Dy. Loco. Beginning at a point marked 1 on the attached Sketch Plan, thence N. 65 deg. 41 min E., 18.96 meters to point 2; thence N. 64 deg. 52 min. 12.02 meters to point 3; thence N. 62 deg. 12 min. E., 10.61 meters to point 4; thence S. 20 deg. 29 min. E., 31,71 meters to point 5; thence S. 56 deg. 21 min. W., 40.95 meters to point 6; thence N. 25 deg. 00 min. W., 30.76 meters to point 7; thence N. 15 deg. 18 min. W., 8.91 meters to the point of beginning; containing an approximate area of 1,476 square meters.1aшphi1
