MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 339, December 17, 1964 ] AMENDING PROCLAMATION NO. 731, DATED FEBRUARY 2, 1961, BY DECLARING THE PARCELS OF LAND EMBRACED THEREIN OPEN TO DISPOSITION EXCLUSIVELY UNDER THE PROVISIONS OF COMMONWEALTH ACT NO. 141, AS AMENDED, OTHERWISE KNOWN AS THE PUBLIC LAND ACT Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby amend Proclamation No. 731, dated February 2, 1961, which declared the parcels of land embraced therein open to disposition under the provisions of Republic Act No. 274, in relation to Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, and Act No. 3038, by declaring the same open to disposition exclusively under the provisions of Commonwealth Act No. 141, as amended, otherwise known as the Public Land Act.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
