DECLARING THURSDAY, DECEMBER 31, 1964, AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY

WHEREAS, Thursday, the thirty-first day of December, 1964, may be declared a special public holiday without prejudice to the public interests;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby proclaim Thursday, December 31, 1964, as a special public holiday.1aшphi1

IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
