MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 336, December 17, 1964 ] DECLARING FRIDAY, DECEMBER 18, 1964 AS A SPECIAL PUBLIC HOLIDAY IN THE PROVINCE AND CITY OF ILOILO WHEREAS, the people of the province and city of Iloilo should be given full opportunity to celebrate the birthday anniversary of Graciano Lopez Jaena, one of our outstanding patriots; NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the authority vested in me by section 30 of the Revised Administrative Code, do hereby declare Friday, December 18, 1964, as a special public holiday in the province and city of Iloilo.1aшphi1 IN WITNESS WHEREOF, I have hereunto set my hand and caused the seal of the Republic of the Philippines to be affixed.
