MALACAÑAN PALACE MANILA BY THE PRESIDENT OF THE PHILIPPINES [ Proclamation No. 330, November 27, 1964 ] RESERVING FOR THE USE AND ADMINISTRATION OF THE VETERANS FEDERATION OF THE PHILIPPINES A CERTAIN PARCEL OF THE PRIVATE DOMAIN OF THE GOVERNMENT, SITUATED IN THE CITY OF DAVAO, ISLAND OF MINDANAO Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of General Services and pursuant to the provisions of section 64 (e) of the Revised Administrative Code in relation with section 1 of Republic Act No. 477, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby withdraw from sale or settlement and reserve for the use and administration of the Veterans Federation of the Philippines, subject to private rights, if any there be, a parcel of land of the private domain of the Government situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao, and more particularly described as follows: Lot A-2-A-a-B-2-B-1 Psd-17184 (City of Davao) A parcel of land (Lot A-2-A-a-B-2-l) of the subdivision plan Psd-17184, being a portion of Lot A-2-A-2-B-2-B-2 described on plan Psd-5458, G.L.R.O. Record No.), situated in the City of Davao, Island of Mindanao. Bounded on the N., by Lot A-2-A-2-B-2-C-2-B-12-C-1 of plan Psd-11987, Lot A-2-A-2-B-2-C-1 of plan Psd-6416 and Lot A—2-A-2-B-1 of plan Psd-4197; on the E., by Lot A-2-A-2-B-2-C-1 of plan Psd-6416 and lot A-2-1 of Plan Psd-2738; on the S., by Lot A-2-A-2-B-2-B-2 of the subdivision plan; and on the W., by Lot A-2-A-2-B-2-C-2-B-12-C-1 of plan Psd-1187. Beginning at a point marked 1 on plan being N. 23 deg. 51 min. W., 139.83 meters more or less from Monument No. 5, Davao Townsite, thence N. 84 deg. 55 min. E., 15.01 meters to point 2; thence S. 5 deg. 05 min. E., 20.00 meters to point 3; thence S. 87 deg. 16 min. W., 80.07 meters to point 4; thence N. 5 deg. 04 min. W., 25.59 meters to point 5; thence N. 84 deg. 56 min. E., 34.99 meters to point 6; thence S. 5 deg. 06 min. E., 8.88 meters to point 7; thence N. 84 deg. 55 min. E., 30.00 meters to point of beginning; containing an area of 1,779 square meters, more or less. All points referred to are indicated on the plan; and, on the ground point 4 is marked by P. L. S. Conc, mons.; and the rest, by old pls. conc. mons. Bearing true, declination 2 deg. 05 min. E., date of original survey September 7-8, 1914, and that of the subdivision survey May 19 & 25, 1940. W., 139.00 meters from Monument No. 5; thence S. 84 deg, 55 min. W., 30.00 meters to point 2; thence N. 5 deg. 06 min. W., 8.00 meters to point 3; thence N. 84 deg. 55 min.
