INCLUDING FROM THE OPERATION OF PROCLAMATION NO. 59, DATED DECEMBER 1, 1926, WHICH ESTABLISHED THE SCHOOL SITE RESERVATION SITUATED IN THE MUNICIPALITY OF ALUBLJID, PROVINCE OF MISAMIS ORIENTAL, A CERTAIN PORTION OF, THE LAND EMBRACED THEREIN, AND RESERVING THE SAME FOR EXPERIMENTAL STATION SITE PURPOSES OF THE PHILIPPINE TOBACCO ADMINISTRATION.
Upon the recommendation of the Secretary of Agriculture and Natural Resources and pursuant to the authority vested in me by law, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, do hereby exclude from the operation of Proclamation No. 59, dated December 1, 1926, which established the school site reservation situated in the Municipality of Alubijid, Province of Misamis Oriental, a certain portion of the land embraced therein and reserve the same for experimental station site purposes under the administration of the Philippine Tobacco Administration, subject to private rights, if any there be, which parcel of land is more particularly described as follows, to wit:
