DECLARING THE PERIOD FROM DECEMBER 1 TO 7, 1964, AS ISABELO DE LOS REYES WEEK

WHEREAS, the free labor movement in this country was spearheaded by the late Isabelo de los Reyes whose birth centenary falls this year; and

WHEREAS, it is desirable to set aside a week to honor him and others who have contributed in promoting the welfare of the working class;

NOW, THEREFORE, I, DIOSDADO MACAPAGAL, President of the Philippines, by virtue of the powers vested in me by law, do hereby declare the period from December 1 to 7, 1894, as Isabelo de los Reyes Week under the auspices of the Isabelo de los Reyes Centennial Committee.1aшphi1
